Is your Microsoft Office version starts with 16.0.4266?

How do I check my Office version?

1. Click File in the Outlook top menu.

2. Click the Office Account located in the lower left corner.

3. In the right pane, click on About Outlook .

4. You can check your Outlook version here.

You can check the name of the product you are using on the subscription product.

• In the Product Information, you can verify the product name you are using

(e.g. Microsoft 365 ProPlus or Office Home and Student).

• On the About Outlook information window, you can check the detailed installation information such as the version number and build numbers.

• If the version information starts with 16.0.4266, please manually update your Outlook via the link below.
