사용자가 토틀 삭제하는 것을 방지하는 설정 페이지.

* **토틀 제거 방지 설정**을 <mark style="color:blue;">**사용**</mark>으로 체크할 경우, **사용자는 토틀을 임의로 지우지 못합니다.**\
  이때 토틀을 삭제하고 싶을 경우 이 페이지의 **OTP키를 입력**하여 **토틀을 삭제할 수 있습니다.**
