# 대용량 첨부 > 대용량 파일 관리

* 이 페이지에서는 **모든 대용량 첨부 기록**을 확인할 수 있습니다.
* **첨부 파일 다운로드 기록**을 자세하게 보고 싶을 경우, 좌측 상단의 <mark style="color:blue;">**다운로드 로그**</mark>를 클릭하면 **언제, 몇 번, 누가, 어떤 디바이스**에서 보았는지 등의 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
* 우측 상단의 <mark style="color:red;">**비활성화/파일삭제**</mark> 버튼을 통해 **관리자가 파일을** <mark style="color:red;">**비활성화/삭제**</mark>할 수 있으며, 사용자 개인이 파일을 비활성화하고 싶을 경우 <mark style="color:blue;">**아웃룩 > 토틀 > 파일함**</mark>을 통해 불필요한 파일을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
